When Purchasing a Carport or Garage:
- We will contact you to confirm your order details and to give you a total price.
- We will then email you an Invoice for you to sign & return by fax or email.
(10% of unit amount is required up-front to start your order and the balance is due on delivery.)
When Renting-2-Own a Carport or Garage:
- We will contact you to confirm your order details and to give you a starting balance and payment amount.
- We will then email you an Invoice & Personal Information Form for you to sign and return by fax or email.
- Approval for Rent-2-Own orders takes about 1 hour to process on business days.(10% of unit amount is required up-front to start your order.)

Delivery – Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery and installation of your carport or garage from order date. One of our friendly staff members will call you to schedule a delivery date and time. No ground preparation is needed in most areas but surface does need to be within 5 inches of level.
Rent-2-Own – The rent-2-own process is a little different for Carports or Garages than for storage buildings. There is still no credit check required, but a RTO Personal Information Form must be completed and approved after you have decided on the exact unit style and size.
- Orders under $3000.00 are for 24 months, and orders $3000.00 and over are for 36 months. (There Is No Penalty To Pay Off Early.)
- Rent-To-Own Carports and Garages must be installed on property that you own or hold with a mortgage company. (We cannot install carports or garages on rental property.)
- Electronic bank withdrawal is required for all monthly payments. (If you would like to wait and give us your banking information after approval that will be fine.)
- Orders must be a minimum of $1000.00 and no more than $6000.00.
What Is The Rent-2-Own Start-Up Cost Before Unit Is Installed?
The Start-Up Cost Is:
12% of the unit cost, and one monthly payment plus sales tax,
OR,
$200.00 and one monthly payment plus tax.
(Whichever Amount Is Greater Is The Total Start-Up Cost.)
The Start-Up cost is broken down in two installments.
10% is due up-front to start your order.
The remainder of the Start-Up cost is due on day of installation.
Example : If Carport amount is $1000.00.
$100.00 Is The 10% Deposit Required To Start Your Order.
$214.00 Is The Amount Paid On Day Of Installation.
$89.92 is the monthly payment which includes tax @ 7% sales tax rate for 23 remaining months.
